Preamble
- The people of the Union, who have suffered through endless turmoil and struggle, have solidified their place within the Union, ensuring their continued loyalty to. The people, once subjugated to tyranny and oppression, have been liberated and shall enjoy inalienable liberty and equality as common law from birth.
I. The people have the right to free speech, to free press, and to assemble peacefully.
II. The goverment shall make no instituted religion or force any person to worship against their will.
III. The people have the right to own armaments for their usage and have protection against being forced to quarter excessive soldiers, unless in time of national defence.
IV. The people have protection from un-warranted search and seizures, double jeapordy, and from being forced to incriminate themselves in trial. They also have the right to a trial by jury, to due process, and to free representation.
V. The people have protection from being detained without reason.
VI. The people have protection from cruel punishments and excessive bail.
-a Capital punishment shall be instituted as punishment for warranting crimes.
-b No person may be used for any form of experimentation without their consent.
VII. A person may not be charged for commiting a crime if it was not a crime when commited.
VIII. Slavery is abolished within the Union, except when punishment by law.
IX. All persons born within the Union or to citizen(s) of the Union are citizens by right.
X. All citizens have the right to vote, to work and to live freely regardless of race, sex or nationality.
XI. All citizens are equal before they law and shall enjoy privacy from the law.
XII. People are protected from havin infomation gathered on them by private parties without their knowledge and/or consent.
XIII. The people have the right to freely move at their will and to move freely from the Union, with Killentak city as an exception.
VIX. The people have the right to gather and share infomation by any lawful means.
XV. Media is allowed to operate freely within the Union without censorship from the goverment.
XVI. Mother and child are protected by the state and childs upbringing shall be dual duties of the mother and father.
XVII. People have the right to social security in old age and to be cared for when unable to care for themselves.
XVIII. Every person has the right to a home and may not be denied of this right, regardless of income.
XIX. Every person has the right to a free and equal education and to free colleging.
XX. People are entitled to the freedom of of creative activity and cultural life.
-a Creative outcome is protected by law.
XXI. All people have the right to defend their liberties by any legal means within the Union.
XXII. No citizen of the Union shall be deported or extridited to another state for any reason except that of murder or rape.
XXIII. Consumption, growing and distribution within the Union of natural substances is legal and is not a means for taxation.
All people within the Union, be them citizen or not, are entitled to all the above mentioned rights and by no legal means shall these liberties ever be stripped away. The Union will always respect foriegn customs so long as they do not infinge on the rights of citizens within the Union and do not promote mass viloence or civil disobedience within the Union.
