Preamble
- The World Workers Union is designed on the principle of democratic centralism and the electivness of every goverment offical, giving every one of these officals a voice to be heard. The power would be divided between the entire goverment rather than be held by one man ensuring the democratic principles of the Union remain intact while refraining from the that bureaucracy is total democracy. This ensures that progress within the nation can be accomplished at a reasonable speed without hinderance.
The Peoples House.
- The Peoples House is to be the lower level of the National Hall and is to consist of 19 members to be elected every 7 years, it is led by the Peoples President. After a bill has been approved by the High President it must then be approved, by majority vote, in the Peoples House.
The Peoples House is granted the ability to iniate and pass bills regarding civil matters.
The State Hall.
- The State Hall is to be the upper level of the National Hall and is to consist of 1 member for every administrative section within the World Workers Union, the current count is 27. After a bill has been approved by the Peoples House it then must be approved, by majority vote, in the State Hall for it to become a law.
The State Hall is the only level that has the ability to iniate bills regarding the spending of the national budget within the nation. These bills then must be approved by the Minister of Economics, though if denied they can still become a law if passed again by the Peoples House.
Council of the Union.
- The Council of the Union is the highest judiciary body within the Union. Consisting of 7 members appointed by the National Hall for 20 year terms. Their primary task is to ensure that every law is within legal rights and does not overstep the limits of the goverment. They are also in charge of the empeachment process and, when enforced, referendum procedures.
The Council of the Union has authority over any case within the Union, and has the ability to rule on any case, open or closed.
High President
- The High President is the supreme ruler of the nation appointed by the Council of the Union to serve for a life sentence. He has full authority over international matters and represents the Union to the world. He is granted with the ability to establish international treaties including economic and military treaties.
The High President is the Commander of the armed forces and can summon them anytime for service.
House of Ministers.
- The House of Ministers is what directly controls the nations economy, with the High President being the leader. The House of Ministers consists of 4 Ministers appointed by the High President for life terms. It is the duty of the House of Ministers to draw up a central plan for the economic developement of the Union for the next 8 years
It is the job of these ministers to sucessfully maintain the branch in which they are in charge of, ensuring the continuence of this branch past their leaderships end.
Titles and individual duties.
I. Minister of Economics, The Minister of Economics duty is to fiscally control the economy of the nation to make sure that it meets the requirments of the 8 year plan. They are also in charge of all privatly operated buisness, monitoring its growth and profits and stepping in when it fails to meet economic standards and/or regulations.
II. Minister of Education, The Minister of Educations duty is to ensure that the schooling needs of every child within the Union is met and that this schooling is adequate enough to provide the necessities a child will need to be both prosperous and sucessful in life.
III. Minister of Justice, It is the duty of the Minister of Justice to maintain the police and paramilitary forces within the Union ensuring that they can effectivaly maintain order and social tranquility within the Union.
VI. Social Minister of the Union, The Social Minister of the Union is tasked with meeting the social needs of the Union, including maintaining the established healthcare system, ensuring equality within the nation, and maintaining the current welfare system emplaced.
